World Lymphoma Awareness Day
On September 15th, World Lymphoma Awareness Day is dedicated to informing the public about cancers of the lymphatic system.
The lymphatic network is a large network of vessels that make up our lymphatic network. They branch out into every organ of our body. Lymph, a colorless, fluid found in the vessels, is a form of lymph. This intricate network of fluid and vessels acts as a transport system transporting lymphocytes. These specialized white blood cells fight infection.
When lymphoma develops, it attacks the lymphocytes, making it difficult for our bodies to fight infection. These cells are found throughout our body, not just in our lymph nodes. Lymphocytes live in our bone marrow, spleen, and blood.
There are more than 30 types of lymphoma, including Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
Symptoms include:
- lymph node swelling
- The exhaustion that persists is that persists
- night sweats
- fever
- It's difficult to catch breath when trying to catch breath for the first time
- Weight loss that has unexplained weight loss has been unexplained
There are several forms of lymphoma. According to the National Institutes of Health, there will be 74,200 new cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in the United States in 2019. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma accounts for 42 percent of all new cancer cases, according to the authors.

In 2004, the world celebrated the first World Lymphoma Day. Since then, the observance has expanded to include art exhibits, numerous charities, campaigns, and fundraisers.
