World Consumer Rights Day
Every year on March 15th, World Consumer Rights Day raises global awareness of consumer rights and needs. It's also a day to insist that consumers' rights be respected and protected.
You are a customer if you buy products and services for personal use. You may have had a bad experience as a customer, which is a good chance. Maybe you bought a new one that died within months of buying it. Or, perhaps you hired someone to do a job but they were unable to satisfy your needs.
Most businesses are attempting to avoid negative customer experiences because it shows poorly on their company. Customers will also be affected by the loss of customers as a result. In most countries, there are laws that help to safeguard consumers' rights. These businesses must comply with these rules.

Consumers International, the worldwide consumer group representing consumer groups, hosts a variety of events each year on this day. These international festivals promote consumer rights and are held in more than 100 countries. Consumer rights are defended.

The first world consumer rights day is the first in history
When President John F Kennedy sent a special note to Congress on March 15th, 1962, he inspired World Consumer Rights Day. The message referred to consumer rights. The consumer movement in 1983, a decade later, on World Consumer Rights Day, was commemorated on that date. The day's new themes include::
