World Art Day

Every year, World Art Day in April 15th honors the fine arts and raises the international recognition of creativity.

Art is a form of art by humans who use their creative skills and imagination to create something in visual form. Painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, and calligraphy are among the most popular forms of art. How to celebrate #worldartday

The International Association of Art (IAA/AIAP) coordinates this day and promotes international cooperation through art. This association is an NGO affiliate of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Every year, Los Angeles hosts a variety of holiday celebrations to commemorate this day.

To participate:

  • Commit to taking a painting lesson or sign up for a wine and canvas exhibition

History of world art day has a long history

In 2012, World Art Day was founded by the IAA/AIAP and UNESCO. They chose the date of April 15th because it coincided with Leonardo da Vinci's birthday. Leonardo da Vinci, who is known as one of the most influential artists in history, has portrayed peace, freedom of expression, and brotherhood.
