Some people mistakenly believe that the historical Buddha was a goddess. However, he was a common individual named Siddhartha Gautama. Buddha was actually his name, according to him. "A person who is awake" is described as "buddha."

In Nepal, the Buddha is believed to have been born in 567 BC. Prince Siddhartha was the son of a king's son. He was 29 years old when he encountered his first sick man, an old man, and then a corpse.
