When is National Walnut Day?
Wednesday May 17thWe have a strong suspicion that the squirrels will love this one. A Senate resolution signed into law by President Eisenhower in 1958, May 17th officially recognized National Walnut Day. Today we celebrate with delectable salads, desserts, and snack foods.
