Lobster is the easiest way to enjoy Lobster is to boil Lobster and then dip in melted butter. Lobster Newberg and Lobster Thermidor are two of my favorite lobster dishes. It is also the key ingredient in soup, bisque, lobster rolls, and salads.

These marine crustaceans live at the bottom of the ocean. Some people can live up to 100 years old if they avoid the lobster pot. And though we now think of them as a delicacy today, that wasn't really the case. The lobster received very little culinary recognition in colonial times. In fact, the pigs and goats ate more lobster than the well-to-do.

Although lobsters arrive at our tables in the red, they don't start out that way. They appear in many shades in the ocean. Some are yellow, green, or even blue.
