When is National Grain-free Day?

Tuesday February 21st

On February 21st, families and friends will gather and enjoy each others' company over grain-free meals. What a wonderful way to devote an entire day to loved ones who suffer from dietary restrictions. Not only does the day help identify the challenges of a restricted diet, but it also honors the family and brings everyone back to the kitchen for a meal that was specifically for them.

NATIONAL GRAIN-FREE DAY – February 21

Often people who are unable to have wheat, corn, or rice due to an allergy or another autoimmune disease are eating celery sticks at the new family gathering or office party. The traditional family meals and feeling included are what we really miss. The celebration aims to make a whole day of grain-free meals.

Families and families join in the festive atmosphere and enjoy the delectable aromas of the dishes on the menu. Make a memorable spread and don't forget the dessert!
