When is National Beach Day?
Wednesday August 30thOn August 30th, the sandy beaches around the country will celebrate all the sandy beaches. It also helps keep those securing areas clean, so we can continue to enjoy them long into the future.

If we spend time on beaches oceanside, at a lake, or river, they provide recreation all summer long. Just a few of the relaxation topics that have come to mind include swimming, water sports, and sunbathing. We also enjoy playing Frisbee, volleyball, and long walks. On a hot summer day with friends, floating in the surf creates summer memories we will cherish for years to come.
Often, just packing a few icy beverages and a good book will make a beach day perfect. However, we are also responsible for the beach's care. Not only should we pack out what we pack out, but it's also important to follow the beach rules. Safety and fun go hand in hand.
