To us, the day also honors those who have been angels. We have a bad day every day. We all have them, whether it's bad news or poor planning. A kind word, a hug, or even a pleasant atmosphere makes a difference.
Other times, days, even weeks, can be devastating. Our sails are blown by a loss, sickness, or a slew of events. Those angels bring us hope at a time when we need it the most.
The same thing happens to the people around us. We don't know what others are going through because we don't know what others are going through. We can be an angel in both large and small ways. If we know a person's worries or not, simply offering to join them for a meal will help them to relax. We need most, having someone to listen to often is what we need most.
