NATIONAL NAME YOURSELF DAY – April 9

National Name Yourself Day

On April 9th each year, National Name Yourself Day (Nation Yourself Day) encourages one day a year to rename our names.

This will be the day to find out if you have ever wondered what it would be like to have a different name. This day is about having fun with a different name whether you like your name or not. Actors are encouraged to try new names all the time. While they're at it, they also appear to be another character entirely.

It's fun to try a new name. Try the other name for size for those people who are often being called by the wrong name. Does mom call you by a sibling's name? Or is your name Greg, but Craig is forever being called Craig? Adopt a name that avoids these pitfalls (though Mom does love you, even though she refers to you by your sister's name).
