National Chicken Lady Day

Dr. Dupree was a consultant, lecturer, and trainer for more than two decades. National Chicken Lady Day was established in 2001 as a way of saying "thanks" to Dr. Dupree. She is acknowledged not only by those she directly affected over the years, but also by those who continue to feel her positive influence years later as a result of her education, expertise, and the friendships she created.
