National Hyaluronic Acid Day

Especially during the cold, dry winter months, everyone's skin needs a little hydration. Squirrel Appreciation Day

Squirl Appreciation Day celebrates a species that some consider a pest and others find fascinating. Christy Hargrove, the creator of North Carolina, is a wildlife rehabilitator who works with the Western North Carolina Nature Center and is affiliated with the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Celebration of the event itself is up to the individual or group, Christy says, from putting out extra food for the squirrels to learning something new about the species.
