World Sustainable Gastronomy Day
DAY OF WORLD SUSTAINABLE GASTRONOMY DAYS ARE a DAY OF WORLD SUSTAINABLE GESTONOMY.
On June 18, Sustainable Gastronomy Day honors the principles and principles of sustainable food consumption, as well as the art of collecting, preparing, and eating the food we eat. People, planet, and profit are all important aspects of sustainable growth, which is included in the observance. The day acknowledges the socioeconomic, cultural, and artistic expression related to gastronomy and defines three dimensions of sustainable growth – people, atmosphere, and profit.

- Make lunch to work before going to work — compost food scraps

In December 2016, the United Nations General Assembly declared World Sustainable Gastronomy Day in December 2016 and the first commemorated in 2017.
