World Teen Mental Wellness Day, scheduled on March 2nd, aims to normalize debate and debunk stigmas surrounding teen mental health problems.
Gen Z has the worst mental stability of any generation, according to the American Psychological Association. However, youth are committed to making a difference. According to YPulse, 64% of Gen Z say they want to live a healthier lifestyle for overall wellbeing, which includes a more consistent self-care routine. In addition, 94 percent of people think mental stability is very important to their well-being. Ultimately, raising concerns about mental stability and the benefits of self-care can help improve an entire generation's mental stability.
