On September 25th, National Lobster Day will give you a glimpse of a seafood favorite.

Senators Angus King and Susan Collins of Maine drafted a joint resolution naming September 25th as National Lobster Day in 2014. The proclamation honors the men and women in an industry as well as the long and rich history, from sea to table.
